2. Description of Service

DealVet is an AI-powered due diligence platform that helps businesses evaluate partners, suppliers, and competitors. We provide automated analysis of publicly available information to generate insights and recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To use DealVet, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
Use the service for lawful business purposes only

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day trial with limited reports. No credit card is required for the trial.

Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds:We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied with the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Harass, stalk, or harm individuals using our analysis
Scrape or harvest data beyond your subscription limits
Resell or redistribute reports without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
Circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. AI-Generated Content

DealVet reports are generated by AI and should be used as one input in your decision-making process, not as the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated analysis.

You acknowledge that:

AI analysis is based on publicly available information
Information may be outdated or incomplete
Final business decisions are your responsibility
We recommend verifying critical information independently

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: DealVet, our AI models, software, and branding are our intellectual property.

Your Data: You retain ownership of data you input and reports generated for your account. You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALVET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealVet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
